There are over 100-million menopausal womyn on the planet. That’s the population of a small country! In fact, it’s the population of Mexico. What does this mean in the big picture? The word ‘menopause’ means ‘change’ and yes, our world is changing.

It means for the first time in the history of our planet, there are 100-million Wise Womyn Elders whose purpose, whether realized or not, are here to assist en masse in the rise of the feminine-Yin* energies and the shift of our planetary consciousness. This is not by accident; it is ordained.

It also means that as we age and bring in the Goddess/Feminine energies the world is changing from aggressiveness to a heart-based energy---from fear to love.

We are being inundated with fear in the last decades of the aggressive-Yang* domination, a suppressive era. Now the flip side of the same coin, the Yin, is steadily taking its place as the major influence. No matter how much they refuse to change, there’s nothing anyone set in the Yang-based consciousness can do about it because it’s based on the shift of our planetary consciousness.

I believe that most of us---meaning Souls incarnated into a physical body---have not lived to this ripe old age before. Our Elder years are totally new to us. Most of us died in our thirties from such things as rampant plagues (e.g., the Black Plague that swept through Europe in the mid-14th century), all kinds of wars both ancient and present day, earthquakes and ice ages, invading barbarian tribes, bad hygiene practices throughout the Middle Ages, and a million other things that can cause death of the physical body.

So is it any wonder that we the over-sixty crowd are now wondering what we’re supposed to be doing?

The media keeps telling us how we should handle old age, what we should be doing, how we should be planning for retirement, asking us to give over our money so so-and-so-company can help us grow old gracefully, and other such retirement makeovers. There’s no graceful way to age gracefully! You just do it and hope for the best! No amount of planning and preparation will stop the flow and ebb of karmic change and chaos in our lives.

So how do we live gracefully? --- It’s easy to answer that question: Everything comes back to living your life with gratitude and unconditional love.

As you grow older, and hopefully wiser, we are growing closer together with one another. This is because of the rising Yin energies that without even trying are nurturing and loving. We over-sixties are in this together and we can, and are, helping one another. In my book “12 Golden Keys for a New World” I write about helping one another help others. Meaning, help one another. That’s the simplicity of growing older and wiser. We are learning at an accelerated pace that we’re in this together and we’re meant to help each other thrive, not only Elders, but young people too. Young people are banding together. Unfortunately, the media calls them ‘gangs’ giving them negative connotations, but they are actually meant to be similar to ‘pods’ assisting one another as a pod of dolphins swimming in unison.

We are in this ocean of love and mercy together. Start swimming in unison.

THE BLUE METAL CHEST

Have you ever come across old writings from your youth?

As legend has it, the science fiction book "Universal Tides: Barbed Wire Blue" (Utides) was written in 1975-1976 and then locked away in a blue metal trunk or chest for 25-years. The magic metal chest, as I now call it because of the many secrets inside, was stored in my parent’s basement and never touched. This chest has only been opened twice since the late 1970s. True story!

In the year 2000 I opened the chest and discovered the partly hand-written and typed manuscript of Utides, and then set about re-writing it. Also in 2000, I found a handwritten manuscript of an immature and badly written novel entitled "The Sable Gypsy" which I rewrote into an interesting screenplay (Romance-Thriller). The story is set on the island of Mont-Saint-Michel in Normandy, France. I wrote it shortly after returning from there in 1974.

On August 23, 2011 I opened the chest for the second time in thirty-five years. Opening the chest, I discovered my old writings: several journals, two children's books, and other writings; plus pen & pencil drawings; not too mention, love poems by an old boyfriend written circa late-1960s.

What fun to rediscover these creative endeavours again! After all, I was in my mid-20s when they were created. There was even a small blue travel journal from 1974 when I spent six months driving throughout Europe with a friend. It was then in 1974 in Athens, Greece that the blue metal trunk first came into my possession. After six months on the road, I sold my 1968 Volkswagen Variant to a Greek couple. And in return the woman gave me her blue trunk to put all my travel paraphernalia in and ship home. She was American from California and had fallen in love with a Greek man. When she left California for the last time to live in Athens with him, she shipped over her belongings in the blue chest. In fact, it still has her name and the Athens address on it.

Unfortunately, now I have to permanently empty the blue chest because of rust and its old smelly condition. Years ago I had lined it with asbestos board, making it airtight, and now everything in it is well-preserved, as new as the day I closed the lid in the late '70s. A few days ago I emptied the contents into two cardboard boxes, wondering if the papers will now start to deteriorate.

Having to sadly dispose of it, I asked a friend to take some photographs of me next to this special blue chest. Silly, I suppose, but I wanted to remember the occasion because of all the memories it kept safe for so many years. Including a Kewpie-doll that my dad had given mom on one of their first dates over 70-years ago. Kewpies or Cupies are dolls that resemble a chubby child with a tummy that sticks out, tiny blue wings, and a single strand of blonde hair. Dad won it at a carnival.

So what do I do with all these writings?

One day I’ll sift through them to see if a story sparks my interest like “Barbed Wire Blues” did and, then, begin the editing process: reviewing, upgrading, rewriting, all the while attempting to keep that first magical impulse and the underlying storyline.

So if you come across old writings from your youth, don’t discard them. When reading them you may appreciate how brilliant you thought you were way back then because you probably were!

Hot summer nights here on the west coast---summer finally arrived after a rainy start. Rain all over the world, actually. Even in Tuscany, Italy when I was there, and also Rhodes, Greece. Continuing freak weather patterns happening all over the world, along with a little UFO activity. Hmmm, do you think the two are related? Fluctuating barometers also upset emotional balance, at least it does with me. What about you?

Have a healing and renewing summer! And for those 'Downunder' who are now in winter, embrace the wonderful cool air. And for those in dire circumstances (e.g., Somalia), know that help arrives due to media exposure and, thus, assistance will arrive. We send loving energy to you.

EARTH DAY—A STORM IS COMING

It was Earth Day today, all day. What did that mean? I watched people read the newspaper made from clear-cutting trees, exchange paper coffee cups for plastic re-useables, march in parades with signs to Save the Earth and hoping someone is listening; I observed politicians use Earth Day for their platform one day a year, and greedy corporations tell us they're helping the planet by using such an' such and saving so an' so—yet another diffusion of the truth.

Meanwhile, the M-Class Solar Flare released today on the surface of our Sun will bring extreme weather in the northern hemisphere over the next 72 hours.

NASA has warned us that these major flares will continue through 2012-2013, the Sun releasing extreme solar flares.* NASA has told us to get ready for a once in a lifetime solar storm. Astrophysicist Alexia Demetria says our solar system is entering an interstellar energy cloud**—the Photon Belt. This interstellar energy cloud excites or energizes the sun even more. However, you never hear about it in the news.

So who is lying to us by not informing us, which would give us the option to prepare for catastrophic weather and economic times? The Sun's flares bring earthquakes, tsunamis, hurricanes, flooding, population migration, and the resultant economy blowout. It's the subject of my e-Book "Universal Tides: Barbed Wire Blues" (downloadable at www.UniversalTides.com/ebooks.html ). The novel's theme is: What would happen when corporate dictators control the population and that same population rises up and migrates en masse to one location in order to bring about a major (R)evolution of Soul?

In real time, the greedy corporate dictators are still trying to sell us on fossil fuel and trying to convince us that nuclear energy is safe. Oops, so I guess the BP oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico and Japan's Fukushima nuclear plant explosion blew those theories out of the water, so to speak!

12 Golden Keys to a New World by M.J. Milne

I was moved by this book, both emotionally and spiritually. God moves the spirit in strange ways. In one of the book's episodes, it talks of a woman who wanted to go to Mt. Grouse, but she ran out of money. But lo and behold! The bus driver that drove up to Grouse gave her the money she needed to get on the gondola and back, plus a transfer for the bus to go back to Vancouver!

But that’s not the end of the story. While shopping, she heard an old lady in a department store saying she didn’t have that extra dollar to buy something. And here she was, this lady who had the same experience in Grouse, come and offer her the dollar. Coincidence? Not really, answers Milne in her book, because that’s what 12 Golden Keys is about, its main theme being “Live to live”, where apparent coincidences aren't really coincidences. It's the way things flow, the ways things are meant to be.

In this book, Milne talks of the twelve secret keys to your encounter with your soul, with God. It talks of listening quietly to your inner voice who is our soul and God talking to you and answering your prayers.

There’s a lot of talk these days of the end of the world, this material world we’re imprisoned in. Perhaps because a new world awaits us, the spirit world where we’ll float in weightlessness like spirits, as testified by those who have died and come back to life again.

Just recently, the Vatican opened St. Lucia’s letter, the third letter from the Virgin of Fatima, prophesying the end of the world, to prepare us for our spiritual travel. Our Lady’s letter to Lucia (1916) prophesizes the advent of earthquakes, tsunamis, wars, plagues, deadly viruses—all signs of the beginning of the end. All these we are witnessing today. In fact, Jehovah’s witnesses have been talking about the beginning of the end for the past several years.

This book with its 12 secret keys prepares us so we don’t panic when the end comes. It’s a well-organized book with detailed footnotes, articles from different contributors and spiritual key exercises. Marilyn J. Milne wrote another book in 2005, a prophetic novel, Universal Tides, (www.UniversalTides.com) out of which evolved 12 Golden Keys. Why the magic number 12 is also discussed in this book by this Canadian author who is also an artist and scriptwriter born and raised near the rainforests of Vancouver, B.C.

Twenty years ago, while driving a B.C. transit bus, Marilyn Joyce (M.J.) Milne had a strange encounter of the mystical kind. As she pulled into a stop and opened the door, a maroon-robed man with a black goatee beard was standing at the stop. He didn’t board the bus, but stood there silently staring up at her. Impatient, she closed the door and drove away. But the second day, and then a third, he was there again, and the same thing happened. Although he didn’t speak, he seemed to be telepathically communicating a message to her. “Isn’t it about time?”

To M.J., the incident didn’t seem odd. She had always been a spiritual seeker. Perhaps it was time, she thought, as the stranger disappeared in the rear-view mirror, time to look inside herself for the answers she sought; time to change her life and listen to the inner messages of soul. The appearance of the stranger, who she thought to be a spiritual master, was a turning point, the catalyst, which set her on a path of spiritual enlightenment and self-discovery.

Born in Vancouver in 1948, the eldest of three girls, M.J. moved with her family to North Vancouver. As a child, her abilities as an artist and writer, her love of travel and her interest in the world of spirit, emerged early. After graduating in 1967 from Delbrook High School, she studied art at the Emily Carr University of Art and Design, attended Simon Fraser University and the University of British Columbia. Planning a career as an artist, she painted, working hard at improving her skill.

While at university, following a series of profound occurrences, M.J. began investigating alternative ways of living, thinking and believing. She disagreed with the man-made theories of the many university philosophy books she had to read, and the traditional world religions she researched failed to provide satisfactory answers to her many questions. She sought spiritual paths in the “New Age” movement. She joined the feminist movement and became an activist; wrote screenplays, magazine articles, and hand-wrote a revolutionary New Age science-fiction novel, *Universal Tides: Barbed Wire Blues* - a tome some 500 pages long, which she stored in a trunk at her parent’s house, and promptly forgot about as life and living intervened.

Accepting a job up north, M.J. worked as an assistant to a geologist at an isolated goldmine north of Stewart, B.C. There, in her spare time, her connection with nature heightened, she painted imaginative landscapes in oils, which were sought after by art collectors. She exhibited in a gallery and all her paintings sold.

Settling again in North Vancouver, she served as a grassroots publicist for Canadian music groups, and produced and directed several music events. She travelled extensively. And over the years had two long-term relationships, which played a very important part in her life.

After her experience with the spiritual master at the bus stop in 1983, which she interpreted as a "calling," M.J.’s life changed direction. She began an intense spiritual journey. Instead of searching for answers in the experiences of others, she began looking inward to find the answers within herself. She sought to understand the profound occurrences that had transformed her life, their usefulness to her, and to listen to the voice of Soul.

Returning after 25 years to her parents’ home to take care of her ailing father, M.J. rediscovered her handwritten novel tucked safely away in a wooden chest. “It was strangely prophetic and relevant to today’s world,” she says. “So much of what is written in the book has come true; and more, I feel, is yet to happen.”

Feeling the book contained an important message, one she wanted to share with others, she rewrote it and published it as an e-book entitled Universal Tides: Barbed Wire Blues. It found an instant audience. “Little did I know that the theme of UTides - the fall of Man and the rise of the Spirit - could actually happen, depending on our choices! Included in the book are 12 Golden Keys. While helping the characters in the book, the 12 Golden Keys also helped many readers gain inner insights. They began using the keys to ask Soul all of life’s most intriguing questions - and getting answers!”

The idea for the 12 Golden Keys came through as she was rewriting Universal Tides and, together with her own life-altering experiences, became the inspiration for M.J.’s startling non-fiction book 12 Golden Keys for a New World: Unlocking the Door to Conscious Freedom - Change Your Life, Change Your Planet.

With the book written, M.J., with true entrepreneurial spirit, decided not to go the traditional publishing route, that of finding an agent and publisher and perhaps waiting up to five years for the book to be published. Or, if she couldn’t find a publisher, risk the book not being published at all. Using her own literary and artistic ability, she launched her own publishing company, Blue Heron Productions, with the added responsibility of self-marketing and promoting her book.

"Two years to write it, one year to publish it," M.J. smiles, "and 20 years to live it!" With a wink, she says, "And I loved every moment. If you don't love what you do, you're not meant to do it! When you discover your passion, you have a reason to live."

TRUST YOUR INTUITION

Have you been going through an unusual amount of experiences, one after the other? As the 'Great Turning'* progresses and accelerates, so do we. Starting the New Year with a solar eclipse on January 4th propelled most of us 'sensitive beings' into a spiral. [*Term coined by Joanna Macy]

Speaking for myself, my work with 12 Golden Keys for a New World came to a full stop over December and January. I wondered why and came to the conclusion that I was supposed to rest now and gather strength for what's coming.

I also realized I needed to let go of all the "tricks" I was clinging to—the ones we're taught to do to spiritualize ourselves. Whether it's our "usual tools of yoga, meditation, shielding, clearing, cleansing, and affirmations," or whatever we perform on the outer to make us feel closer to Spirit. I don't mean to say anything against these processes; they all have their place in our spiritual development. These outer processes help us to focus on what really matters. But then 'American Idol' or 'Survivor' or 'Dancing with the Stars' slowly seeps in and I can't wait for the great blur to take over. ;O)

Therefore, focusing on going to the interior worlds for answers can be a struggle—those multidimensional worlds of Spirit, the divine matrix just beyond the looking glass. It is in the still quiet where lives all you are seeking. To remain conscious of the Living Energy on this earthly plane is impossible. Being a part of this life is our lesson, many lessons to realize and embrace. You are so loved in the world of "us." Be at peace.

There will be lots of changes this year. Many of you will think that some are negative and some positive; yet within the realms of Spirit, there is no difference. Out of this seeming chaos will come the vision of our new reality, which already exists. So Be It now!

Take a leap of faith and open to your inner knowing, not relying on your mental process and anything that is outside of you. Once you learn to trust in the pure Voice of Soul and your intuition, you reconnect easily with that amazing inner peace and joy that is your innate being.

Beat the Bullies At Their Own Game . . .

I love rainy Sundays in Vancouver. Okay, so I’m one of the few who do, probably because I was born and raised in Vancouver, which means I have rainwater for blood—to paraphrase Ripley in the “Aliens” movie. And I’m as tough as she is, too; as tough as I need to be in times of trouble. Being tough is about opening your heart wide enough to do what you need to get done.

And how are you? Have you been moving toward your dream? Forget what anyone says, follow your heart. And don’t let anyone stand in your way—including bullies.

Recently there have been news reports of young adults committing suicide because of bullies. Tell them to bug off, pesky flies that they are. There are tons of bullies out there, those individuals who belittle others to make themselves feel better. Very possibility you will encounter them all through your life. I know I’ve witnessed them, like your boss who belittles your skills; or the co-worker who starts a rumour about you; or someone who posts one of life’s most embarrassing moments on YouTube.

There is nothing wrong with YOU; there is something wrong with the bully! Step over them on your way to your future success. They are merely a pebble on your life’s pathway.

Author, motivational speaker, and cyclist Brock Tully speaks to teachers and school assemblies across Canada and the U.S. about bullying. Brock said:

"I believe we bully because we are not happy with ourselves. We've become disconnected from our beautiful and special heart and, thus, are disconnected from others. When we're not happy, we pick on, bully, and abuse others who most show the qualities that we have lost touch with. Therefore, we often bully sensitive, caring, artistic, creative, and unique people. Or else, especially with abuse, we are abusive to those who are closest to us, such as our children and/or our spouse.. Most importantly, it is important to know that if you're bullied or abused it is NOT ABOUT YOU. It is the bully who has lost touch with their heart and who has become sick!" As a kid I remember seeing this cartoon advertisement about a muscular bully who continually picks on a skinny little guy. Well, the skinny guy ate his Wheaties or pumped iron to build his muscles, or whatever the ad was selling, and he got stronger than the bully. He overcame adversity/hard times through discipline and perseverance. Like the “nerdy” kid in school who grows up to become Bill Gates, President of Microsoft. Wow!

Moral of the story: You will overcome this, so stay alive long enough to grow stronger and find your way to personal success, whatever that looks like to you. And speak up! Tell someone about the bully. You do not have to endure this in silence. If someone uploads a video of you on YouTube that you want removed, go to the police, get it removed. You will overcome this.

We love you and want you to know that we need you. This planet needs your loving heart and creative potential. You are not alone!

Turning the World Tide

Great changes are here now! It's time to assess the great evolutionary changes taking place in your life and in the world. The bottom line: patriarchal corporate irresponsibility must go or Earth dies. So it is time to stop arguing who is right and stop fighting one another. Time has run out. Instead, imagine a new world now and act on this vision. Flesh out and deepen what you've already been creating, either in your mind or in your life. Listen to the voices of your spiritual guides and your intuition, and then act.

The Gulf of Mexico's oil volcano (it is not an "oil spill") is forcing us as a species to make a radical shift in consciousness, shifting gears dramatically. The Atlantic Ocean is dying, and one wonders if the Pacific Ocean is next?

The Hopi prophecy urges us to gather ourselves and be good to each other. The time of the lone wolf is over. It says that we will survive if we cooperate on achieving common goals.

In our struggle to survive this great life crisis, we need half the population looking for a solution and fighting the good fight, and the other half building our new world community—together. There is no room for greed through war and aggressive posturing. The greed goonies want to continue their cycle of greed and power and actually send in paid goons to stir up trouble purposefully. Let us heal our tribal divisions immediately by ending the perpetuating cycle of karma.

How do we do this? By jumping off the wheel of karma. It's not impossible, merely implausible on this planet "as is." Major shifts in consciousness would have to take place before Divine Love rules.

You see, it is no longer necessary to kill your neighbour because he killed your family; or to bomb their village because they bombed yours, and a million other revenge scenarios. We need to end this now. We are capable of stepping off the wheel of karma---there is no limitation (Fourth Golden Key). However, this has never been done before since the creation of the Earth 16.4 billion years ago. It is what other cosmic communities have already done before us.

What are the ramifications if we end the cycle of cause and effect? Think about the shift in frequency vibrations, the personal changes, and the changes coming from amazing cosmic forces that are here now. Call me crazy, but it is not impossible. I'll leave it with you to ponder.

Earth and its inhabitants are ever-so-slowly joining the rest of the Galactic Beings who have already gone through what we are experiencing—a divinely planned evolutionary leap in consciousness. We are not alone. But it is up to us to figure it out before it's too late.

LIsten for the Magic

Many people are looking for the magic. There is magic all around us, every day, in every way, both in us, and with out us. For Earthlings the magic comes to us many times through Mother Nature. The magic of the “divine matrix,” whether you call it God or Mother Nature or the Great Spirit, is all the same magic, that of a living, creative frequency of energy that flows through all universes, in all times, and parallel dimensions. Science has proven its existence, quantum physics is trying to explain it, and we are trying to access it every moment. The key is to stop trying, and let it BE.

Taripaypacha (tah-ree-pie-pah-cha) is a Peruvian word that literally means "to merge with the universe." In Andean prophecy, this refers to the new age of meeting ourselves again; a time when we are united as Children of the Sun, where together we co-create a new and better world.

To BE or To DO---The Path of Purpose

Musings on a brisk morning: Our Soul purpose is to BE; whereas our life purpose is to DO. Do you know that your external life is now aligning with your internal being-ness?

This shift is taking place either slowly, in which case you hardly notice it, or, it's a dramatic shift and your life or your body feels like it's falling apart.

Either way, this amazing "alignment with your purpose" is part of what you signed up for in this lifetime. Your purpose is your path. Spirit / God / Source / Your Higher Self is in the driver's seat and you are being driven to where you need to be. . . for your safety and for your spiritual development.

If you need to rest, pull out the key and the drive ends. If you put a stopper in the Flow, you stop the Flow of Life. But you will begin again.

Discovering Soul’s Amazing Journey

What an amazing journey this has been---writing a non-fiction book. It’s been a long two years of allowing Spirit to guide me in the writing. I could call it channeling, but I dislike the idea. The word co-creator suits my process much better. I have learned how to let go and let Spirit guide my pen. Have you ever tried it? If you are working with your creative potential, then of course you have. It’s opening your heart to Source (Spirit, God, or your inner guides) and walking through a magical gateway, allowing the flow of life to work with you to co-create something.

There are so many things to tell you. It’s so exciting! I forgot I had this Blog-Sphere to write on. I am unable to add text to the UniversalTides.com website because my Admin Page doesn’t work on the website host’s new platform. Bummer!

So I can only assume I’m to start another website based only on the 12 Golden Keys. Anyone can utilize this secret knowledge. Let’s call it Soulpower or Soul wisdom, or co-creating with Source, or whatever you want to call it. And the 12 Golden Keys book, which is a practical guide, is almost ready for self-publishing. It’s just a matter of finishing the editing, and then “flowing” it into the InDesign program, getting the PDF, and emailing it to a POD company. I haven’t decided which one that will be: BookSurge, LuLu, or Lightning Source. That will happen.

When is the book's release date? I'm hoping for late Autumn 2009, and if I miss that, then early Spring 2010. Whatever will be, is.

It just dawned on me why the 2010 Winter Olympics are here on the Westcoast of Canada, specifically in Vancouver, the New Age, new thinking, free thought capital of Canada. It gives the global elite and military an excuse to setup complete surveillance, crowd control measures and barbed wire internment camps.

In The Vancouver Sun (Saturday August 4th, 2007) the front page was about all the security measures for 2010, which is usually not necessary for Winter Olympics.

Canadas police and military go into overdrive to create a secure environment at the Olympic Games.

Emergency Response: In an emergency, hundreds of heavily armed police officers trained to deal with everything from domestic riots to hostage takings to bomb threats will move in. Until then, they will be very much in the background.

Military: Divers and destroyers securing the waterfront, fighter and long-range patrol aircraft patrolling the skies, and soldiers providing boots and communications systems on the ground.

Crowd Control: Perhaps the most visible aspect of security will be kilometers of fencing around venues the Olympic villages and IOC hotels, creating safe zones for participants, with limited access points through which only accredited people will move. *

Accepting the New Energies

As we continue our journey closer to the Photon Belt and the galactic core, the changing waves of energy entering Earth are not only affecting our external environment, but also internally: the body electric. Recently I went for a dentist's appointment and when my dentist gave me a needle I received a strong electrical charge, reminding me that our bodies are composed of electricity.

The affect of electromagnetic fields, and the Sun's charged particles on Earth's magnetic field can cause us similar physical discomfort. A friend of mine has become so sensitive to electromagnetic fields and changes in frequencies that she can't sleep at night because of a constant vibration that disturbs her.

Humans are in transition, and the energies are only going to get stronger; therefore it's important to honor yourself and your reactions and sensitivities. Even if friends and family won't believe you when you tell them, "I can feel a vibration when I lie down or when I'm sitting on the couch, and I can't figure out what it is. It's driving me batty!" Know that you're not alone and that what you're feeling is real.

With all the cellphone towers, TV satellite dishes, satellite waves hitting Earth, and other external influences, including earthquakes, volcanoes and electrical storms, be aware of how you're holding on to the new energies in your body. Learn to let it pass through you, instead of tightening your solar plexus and blocking the flow. See yourself as an electrical cord and unknot the blockage to let it conduct its passage through you. It's also important to remain positive as opposed to creating a negative charge.

I believe we can use these new, stronger energies to heal us and to heal our planet. But first we need to learn how. And it has to do with relaxing into the energetics from the viewpoint of a loving vibration, in gratitude for who we're becoming: Galactic Humans. Be patient with yourself and the learning curve, and train yourself to ride the new current!

By now most of you are probably investigating the coming earth changes and the prophecies of the Mayan Elders or the Hopi, or the reports from whomever you're reading on the Internet these days. You will find they are all similar in their pronouncements: telling you the fear-based negatives. However, listening to all the negatives will not help you through the coming changes (global earth changes and political upheavals). In fact, taking in only negatives will slow your progress and keep you 'stuck' longer than is necessary. Is it really important to know every earth change that is or will happen? I believe it is now time to let all that go. Be aware of it, be prepared for it, but don't focus on it.

Once we reach the effects of the Photon Belt - two years before or after 2012 - the light-phosphoresce will enLIGHTen and cleanse everything in its wake. If you're stuck in negatives, including the fear that the controllers of the New World Order (NWO) want you to drown in, your head will be hung so low you won't see the stars! It's time to disappoint them and light-up, or, rise up!

What is the Photon Belt?

Twice every 26,000 years our solar system enters a spectacular band of multi-dimensional light known as the Photon Belt. This is scientific fact. We know that this belt of light particles acts like a transformer of cosmic energy that cleanses and regenerates everything in its path. For instance, the cells of our body change and renew themselves like clockwork, so too does our LIVING solar system. It revitalizes itself when it passes through the Photon Belt.

Why haven't we heard about it before?

The information about this exceptional event has been suppressed, but not for long. When you light-up, you'll know! Actually, you are already experiencing the effects of the Photon Belt. The closer we get, the more your inner awareness grows, and your spiritual eye opens. Your inner awareness has grown steadily stronger since the Harmonic Convergence of August 17, 1987 which marked the 50 year mid-point between leaving the Piscean Age and entering the Aquarian Age.

However, there's work and inner preparation to do. In other words, get your own house in order. To begin you've got to GET RID OF THE JUNK so you can see clearly. The junk includes media distractions, i.e. television, news, propaganda, brainwashing, violent movies, harsh music, conglomerate-owned newspapers, CNN, supposed best seller lists, getting rid of anything you feel has a negative vibration. 90% of all media out-there is fabricated to keep you in the dark by making sure you are confused and distracted with dis-information.

The same goes with your health: GET RID OF THE JUNK PILLS – the pharmaceutical companies want to make us all zombies and are only interested in sell-sell-selling us products that appear to work but only mask the problem. They do not want us well. Instead, support your own body's immune system and your light energy, which create wellness for you. It's no wonder the drug companies want to suppress your immune system with their pills, and disavow knowledge of healing energy! They can't make money from it.

It is time to open your eyes and strip away the veil. Like the old saying: rip off the bandage quickly, it hurts less.

I am not asking you to believe me. I'm asking you to know your own mind. 'Know thyself.' Research it for your self and dig underneath the self-perpetuating layers of untruth. One of the most reliable ways to find truth is to look inside your self. To do that you need to practice your spiritual exercises, to be able to discriminate between truth & untruth, and to have a guide along the 'road less travelled.'

Like any journey, a travel guide is needed. If you are willing, use the 12 Golden Keys (from the ebook Universal Tides: Barbed Wire Blues) and the Spiritual Warrior Codes (to receive the SWC free e-newsletter, sign-up at www.universaltides.com) as your guides; but more importantly, find your spiritual inner guide.

Read over the SWC 8th Lesson and redo the technique: Ask before going to sleep: "I wish to meet my special mentor or guide on the inner who will teach me what I need to learn?" When you awake the next morning, write your experience in your dream journal. If nothing comes to you, keep practicing the spiritual exercise. You will amaze yourself!

How To Handle Changes

I have received several emails asking when the 12 Golden Keys book is coming out, wishing for an expanded illumination, and also, wanting them all together in one place.

In light of recent events my focus had been scattered, leaning toward the negative side by listening and then reporting the news on the Universal Tides forum, http://groups.msn.com/UniversalTides/. I apologize for this. It's not where I need to be at this time. Besides, there are others who are focused on searching through the 'muck' to find the true news* or the news that is hidden from you, I don't need to do that now.

At present I am reconnecting my energies and focusing on writing the 12 Golden Keys book. In the meantime, regardless of your beliefs or religion, there are three important things you can do.

THREE WAYS TO HANDLE WORLD CHANGES:

1.) Lightly in your heart, read over the 12 KEYS (for those of you who have downloaded the New Age Sci-Fi E-book'Universal Tides: Barbed Wire Blues'). Study one KEY per day, read it over, think of it as you go about your day.

2.) Sing to yourself the word that sounds like 'hue.' Sing HU** whenever you feel afraid or unsure. The sound will bring you back to an inner calmness, enabling you to act and see clearly.

Big Themes - M. J. Milne brings corporate corruption, spirituality and saving the world together in her new book, Universal Tides: Barbed Wire Blues, available online in e-book format at www.universaltides.com.

Whether the conversation leads into her 12 years as a city bus driver, her fascination with alternate realities or her belief in the human spirit, time tends to disappear when one sits down with MJ Milne.

Today, the elegantly dressed screenwriter was unexpectedly given the day off from Thomas FX, a local special effects company, which she informs, has been selling out of fake blood as fast as it can order it. The film facility is one of several places Milne, the office nanny, minds on the North Shore.

But horror flicks nor office duties are top of mind for the North Van resident today. Milne has just finished publishing a controversial online book entitled Universal Tides: Barbed Wire Blues, and is anxious to discuss it.

The book is inciting interest from Trekkies and the cosmic conscious, but the author hopes its environmental message will reach even those who do not believe in second sight.

'Here we are living on this planet, but we are not taking responsibility for it,' she says from a restaurant booth at Park and Tilford. 'That is the only option I believe we have on the Earth today.'

The story follows a university microbiologist who discovers the 12 golden keys, survival skills that allow her to escape planetary ruin by visiting parallel universes. In order to leap through galaxies, the character must enter an altered state of consciousness.

While the idea of space surfing without rocket fuel may seem far fetched to some, Milne insists the concept is being proven possible through quantum physics. The theory magnetizes skeptics, but the book's controversy does not stem from non-believers.

'You either believe it or you do not,' Milne explains. 'What's controversial about the story is the corporate dictatorship of North America.'

The story also features a North American dictator who uses an experiment from a kidnapped scientist to control the populace. The dictator is one of the global elite who is raping the world of its gold and oil and gaining total control over its population.

Milne stands behind the implications of her story line, which overtly criticizes North America's present leadership, however this close to Earth Day the soft-featured writer is more interested in discussing the planet than politics.

The idea for the story actually came to her 25 years ago, she explains.

In 1976, Milne started hand writing her vision. Effortlessly she transferred the 500-page manuscript into a book using a Smith Corona typewriter. But finding some one to publish it was next to impossible.

'It was before it's time,' she contends. 'I threw it in an old wooden chest and left it in my parent's basement.'

Decades later, the author was caring for her dying father at her family home in Vancouver when she came across the chest. She re-edited the manuscript and believes its content is more relevant than ever.

With dramatic events like Hurricane Katrina, the South East Asian tsunami, and the massive earthquake in India, Milne says more people are questioning the future of Mother Earth. The natural disasters have also given fuel for a younger generation.

'The youth of the world now have a cause, and watch out because they're our future and we have to listen,' she says. 'They're all about saving the planet.'

The only way to prevent planetary disaster, she contends, is to take responsibility and create a sense of community among the world.

'There's definitely hope, but we have to start now,' she advises.

Milne herself only eats pesticide-free organic foods. She prefers her bike or the bus to a gas guzzler, and doesn't buy anything plastic. These small steps are part of a planetary revolution she believes will be championed by the young generation. The rest is all about balance.

'The story line of Universal Tides has a light side and a dark side, the twin aspects of life,' she says. 'We all have two choices in life: to live from love or to live from fear.'

The secret, she contends, is realizing love always overcomes fear. And one doesn't have to believe in beaming up Scotty to figure that out.

Are We Heading For Disaster?

Is it all hot air or are we really on a collision course with disaster? Any number of scenarios could happen and you could probably devise your own ideas on the subject of the supposed 'End Times' or the apocalyptic vision of the future. Anything and everything might happen. However, worrying about what might or may happen is a total waste of time and will only zap your creative life force. Most people add to their personal fears by getting caught up in global dramas as well. When you focus on your fears, you unconsciously create what you don't want to happen, even on a global scale. Focusing on what you fear only fuels more fear - and the cycle of "Negative Manifestation" continues. So break-out of the fear pattern!

It's critically important for you to understand that your THOUGHTS are the *cause*, and your LIFE is the *effect*.

Would you like to know how to eliminate most of the fear in your life? It's simple. Stop watching TV and reading the newspaper. Most of you are already aware that the media is a contrived industry that profits off your fears, your worry about events, making you scared and anxious. Feeding you news stories that make you come back for more. So ask yourself: Who benefits? And you'll answer – the media owners and their advertisers. News is a business, it no longer has anything to do with journalistic freedom.

So even though I try to bring you interesting stories and events, for example on the Outlander's Forum, be ever mindful and diligent in what you believe and what you want to let in to your 'space'.

12th Century UFO Sighting

This image of a crusader dates from a 12th century manuscript: "Annales Laurissenses" (a volume of books about historical and religious events). It refers to a UFO sighting in the year 776 during the siege on Sigiburg castle, France. The Saxons besieged and surrounded the French people. They both were fighting when suddenly a group of discs (flaming shields) appeared hovering over the top of the church. It appeared to the Saxons that the French were protected by these objects and the Saxons fled.

'Universal Tides: Barbed Wire Blues' is also the story of an Extraterrestrial who arrives on Earth for a particular mission: to bring Humoids into the next spiritual age by using the Blue Star -- the inner light and sound.

Scientists are slowly finding that we travel in our dreams into parallel universes or oceans of multiverses where different things are happening with us – what and who we know and our environments.

In dreams we migrate to the multiverse and go on an incredible journey. As the world turns, billions of people and perhaps also animals make these interdimensional journeys... through billions of parallel universes... We are compelled to dream so that we can be part of this other much greater world which spans and in some way bonds all parallel universes.

Researchers have shown that in early childhood – even in the womb – infants have a very high proportion of REM sleep. Perhaps our consciousness originates from this other existence....
